A quick overview of running a drop on Artizans — from creating your listing to delivering to your customers.
Set up your drop with a title, description, and the items you want to offer. Add photos, set prices, and choose whether you offer delivery, pickup, or both.
When you're happy with everything, toggle your drop to Active. It will appear on the Discover Drops page and your followers will be notified.
As customers place orders, you'll receive email notifications for each one (or update your preferences if you prefer not to). You can track all orders from your dashboard.
When the order deadline passes, no more orders can be placed. You'll receive a Drop Summary email with all your orders.
Review your orders and decide whether to proceed. This is the key decision point.
Make, bake, craft, or assemble your items. Print delivery and pickup labels from your drop page to help with packing.
Set the collection and delivery windows so customers know when to expect their orders. Customers will be notified by email.
Deliver orders and hand out pickups. Once everything is fulfilled, close the drop and your funds are released.
Set up your Artizan profile and start selling to local customers.
