I began with a desire to create the most delicious nutrient-packed sourdough bread for my family, and soon, its irresistible taste compelled me to share. Using premium organic flour, locally sourced specialty flours, and mineral rich pink himalayan salt, each sourdough is handmade with love. My love for sourdough and baking has grown, and I’ve added some delicous treats to the menu. My goal is to offer only sourdough-based items, however when I do use yeast I only use pure organic yeast - avoiding synthetic chemicals, emulsifiers, and ammonia.
